His acumen and in-depth insight of the sector and human qualities facilitated not only the growth of the sector but also that of the quality of life of the farmers through co-operative movement.

Shri Chandrakant Babubhai Patel, a proud Indian residing in the United Kingdom for over fifty years, has positively contributed in building ethical social opinion through media. He established and manages “Gujarat Samachar”, a highly credible weekly newspaper published from the UK Shri C. B. Patel has successfully taken up a number of socially beneficial causes with great dedication and zeal and has thus contributed in bringing about positive change.
