We love to connect with our Community! Below are some of the experiences that individuals have shared regarding Anoopam Mission Canada:

"To embark on my experience with Anoopam Mission Canada, I was born and raised in the Anoopam Mission family. I am such a fortunate person for having Anoopam Mission Canada in my life. I have had great experiences with Anoopam Mission Canada, where I learnt many useful life skills such as having positive thoughts in every and any tough situation. I learnt to overcome the challenges in daily life such as stress and anxiety by confiding in Anoopam Mission Canada. I have taken a step ahead and have gotten to know more people of different backgrounds, which has taught me some unique things such as how to communicate. I also get a chance to explore more resources that Anoopam Mission Canada offers, such as different scripture of the Swaminarayan religion, which has enlightened new paths in my life. I learnt how to work together with others and I also experienced how God and Saints work together in my life at every step for my inner peace and bliss. Through Anoopam Mission Canada, I learnt new habits such as chanting, meditation and group prayers that helps me stay calm and spread positivity in my surroundings on a day-to-day basis. I have attained a path that connects my soul to God via Saints, which I got from Anoopam Mission."

"Anoopam Mission Canada, has provided me with a great support system, from its profound foundation and ongoing support, which helped me establish my newly immigrant family in 2006. Transformation from one level of understanding to another has taken place. The way culture has been nourished and is explained to kids, in its day to day applications, morals and values, welcoming and accepting diverse cultures, has kept us connected to it in all aspects; truly supporting the community. Team work, giving equal importance to everyone's art and talent, performances with meaningful messages, group discussions, sports and fun activities has helped build a strong basis in my family. Our spiritual teacher Sant Bhagwant Sahebji’s teaching has expanded, practiced and touched the horizon of many."

"My involvement with Anoopam Mission began the day I was born. My grandparents were the ones who started to get involved with the organization, followed by my parents. Then my sister and I walked in their footsteps. For as long as I can remember, I have always taken a considerable part in organizing and attending youth events. Attending Sabhas has given me the opportunities to engage in teachings and discussions about religion, spirituality, school, and career opportunities – to name a few of the many things that Anoopam Mission has to offer. Through the years, I have gained knowledge and skills that have made me well-equipped to create an identity for myself in the community. Anoopam Mission has been a place for me to connect with those with whom I share similarities. I have been able to create strong relationships with these individuals that transcend beyond our Mandir."

"Anoopam Mission Canada’s impact on my life, my growth and in my community has been tremendous. Anoopam means unique and it is a way to self realization through serving humanity with the bold path of doing your own duty and internally knowing that it is God and the now present Guru is the doer of everything in your life, at my work, and in everything I do and in all my actions and thoughts. I am also learning the true value of satsang, which is the association with devotees of God and their disciples, and trying to see them as faultless and as divine souls. I have been able to gain a great sense of control on my emotions, particularly my anger, and have also quit eating onions and garlic. It is also rewarding for me to donate to an organization that serves the less fortunate with education, medicine, sponsorships through Children of Mother Soil, and so many other community projects that Anoopam Mission does worldwide. The main focus always remains to be God realisation and being humble to serve those in need without an ego. Last but not the least, it is teaching me that I have to become Brahmarup and Aksharrup, meaning going beyond the consciousness of the body, to serve the all mighty Lord Swaminarayan who gave the everlasting principle for the Akshar Purshottam Upasana. As we all know, it is very difficult to get rid of ego, so I am getting there and thank our Sant Bhagwant Sahebji for his countless blessings!"

"Just imagine how the initial stages of your life in a completely unknown country would be with not a single friend, relative or a family member. With a lot of struggles, right? However, with the blessings of Sant Bhagwant Sahebdada and with tremendous support from Anoopam Mission Canada devotees, my settlement in Canada was a breeze! Right from car rides to grocery shopping, celebrating festivals and dining at each other’s place- they became my Canadian family! Not only did I find a family here, but my kids found their friends and my parents found their friends within the satsang circle! Anoopam Mission Canada carries out exceptional socio-cultural activities including weekly kids and youth sabhas, and activities for all ages. They organize festival celebrations, annual retreat, youth empowerment camps and many other activities. The focus of each activity is the upliftment of its attendees and to imbibe great virtues especially in the younger generation. Anoopam Mission Canada organizes events to keep the culture alive while enhancing spiritual knowledge with emphasis on mental and physical wellbeing. Their efforts in the lives of this community is commendable. They are helping to raise happy children, happy youths, happy families, thus happy Canadian communities! I am blessed to be a part of the Anoopam Mission Canada family."
